Character and styleBeautiful red ruby with black nuances. The nose quite close is really already expressive with the blend of a fruity (ripped) black fruits nose and the smell of the ground (marked presence of the soil). In the mouth the wine is powerful and supple. The well-blended tannins are not aggressive and the palate is long: spices, ripped fruits and animal nuances combined to the “terroir” are completed by an elegant vanilla taste: A meaty wine of pleasure
Ageing and serviceTo keep 10-12 years. Temperature of service: 15-16°C
It will accompany much meat. (Beef, lamb, duck) After few years the wine is excellent with some gear cook in sauces and stronger game and all cheeses.
