Character and style The “robe” is ruby with black reflections. The mouth is frank, fruity and supple. It reveals a red and black fruit (blackberry, raspberry and blackcurrant). Everything is nicely wrapped in the mouth with fine tannins and round very lightly roasted to give it a nice and elegant character. It is a wine that is both rustic in the best sense and engaging that we recommend to drink with pleasure to all ages of aging.
Ageing and service To keep 5 to 10 years. Temperature of service: 15°C

This is a wine that will be recommended to accompany the meat (white or red) such as roasted or grilled roast pork, filet mignon of veal, roast chicken, but also a wide variety of cheeses.
